I'm a freelance web designer and developer based in Malaysia, just starting out on my own. No long client list yet — so instead of asking you to trust a portfolio, I take the risk off you entirely: I design your homepage up front, free, and you only pay if you want the rest built.
Got it — I'll reply within one business day with a few questions and a start date.
Who you'd be hiring
I've spent the last three years building interfaces — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Webflow. I can build your site properly; the only thing I'm short on is client logos, and that's exactly what this offer is for.
You work with me directly, hear from me every Friday, and watch the site take shape on a live link from day one. If it isn't right, you say so and nothing is owed.
Page Foundry
The founding-client offer
Not a template preview. Send me your current site or a few lines about your business, and I'll design and build a real, working homepage for you — copy, layout, responsive, on a live link. Keep it and hire me for the rest, or keep it and walk. Either way you've lost nothing but an email.
Why I can offer this
Every freelancer starts with an empty portfolio. Most hide it. I'd rather be straight with you: I'm trading the risk you'd normally carry for the chance to do work worth showing.
In exchange, I ask for two things: permission to show the work, and an honest review when we're done.
Founding rates are locked in. Whatever we agree on now is what you pay on future work, even after my prices go up.
You're not a test project. Three clients at a time, maximum, so yours gets full attention.
What you get
Strategy, design, build and launch — handled end to end, so nothing gets lost between people.
Messaging and layout built around what your buyer needs to believe before they get in touch.
Hand-coded or Webflow, your call. Either way: 95+ Lighthouse, clean SEO, real accessibility.
Every build ships with a CMS you actually understand, plus a short walkthrough video.
Scope agreed up front in writing. If it slips on my side, you don't pay for the extra time.
How it works
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
What you sell, who buys it, what the site must do, and a site you like. By email or WhatsApp — a call only if you prefer one.
Within 7 days, on a live link. Your call whether it's good enough to continue.
Fixed price and date in writing, then the rest of the pages, reviewed weekly.
Domain, hosting, files and a walkthrough — all in your accounts. 30 days of free support.
Founding-client pricing
These rates apply to the first three projects, and stay locked for you afterwards.
The free one. Yours to keep.
The complete 5–8 page build.
For after you've launched.
I don't have client work to show yet — that's the honest answer, and it's exactly why the first homepage is free. You'll be judging real work made for your business rather than someone else's screenshots.
You let me show the work in my portfolio and give me an honest review. That's it. No card, no contract, no auto-renewal, and the homepage is yours regardless of what you decide.
Because you'll have seen a working page of it before spending anything. Happy to share my GitHub and walk you through the code on the call too.
Everything lives in your accounts — domain, hosting, repository, design files — from day one. Payment is split half at kickoff and half at launch, so you're never paying ahead of work delivered.
The price reflects my track record, not the effort. I take three clients at a time and give each one full attention — these rates go up once the first case studies are live.
Tell me what you do and what the site needs to achieve. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
